About Chris

Having worn many hats in the world of music, from CCM recording artist (33Miles, Chris Lockwood), to producer, songwriter, worship leader (World Outreach Church), session & touring vocalist/guitarist, and more... it has been a long & winding road, but, no doubt, a blessed one.

Thanks to the many opportunities & experiences with which God has given and continues to give me, both in ministry and music, and fully understanding the struggles of what it means to survive and succeed as a musician, I have felt a tug in my spirit, believing God has prepared & equipped me for this unique moment in history, to call the global music community to arms, rekindling passion for Jesus, awakening artistry, and leading for His glory. Throughout the pages of Scripture, it's clear to see that the musicians were often the frontlines of God's move, be it militarily, in service to the temple, and in society, and that sense of calling & duty is needed now more than ever.

We live in one of the most tumultuous times in modern-day history, but I believe God is on the move, and it's time for musicians to reclaim our call, take our positions, and lead with humility & boldness.
